What does the 5% cover?
The platform itself. Everything on the list above, for every event you run. There is no higher tier and no feature held back for a bigger plan.
Why is the gateway fee shown separately?
Because it is not ours, and because it is not one number. Gateway rates differ by country and by payment method, so we pass through whatever your market actually charges, at cost, with nothing added. A single blended figure would hide both which part we control and the fact that the other part moves.
What do free events cost?
Nothing. Zero platform fee, always. You get the same dashboard, scanner app and attendee list as a paid event.
Who pays the fee, us or the ticket buyer?
Your call, set per event. Absorb it into the ticket price or add it at checkout. Most organizers pass it on.
Is there a setup fee or a subscription?
Neither. You pay per paid ticket sold and nothing else. Run no events for six months and you owe nothing.
Can we bring our past events across?
Yes, free. We migrate historical events and attendee records so your CRM starts full rather than empty.
When do we get paid?
Track settlement in the finance dashboard and initiate payouts yourself. Exact timing depends on the gateway and the market, so we will walk through the specifics for your country on a call.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it and go. The attendee list is yours; we do not hold it hostage and we do not sell it.
