Quicket for conferences
Registration is not
the same as ticketing.
Summits, trade days and professional conferences, where who attends matters as much as how many.

The room
What makes it hard
You are not selling seats. You are approving people.
A conference needs delegate categories, invited lists, group bookings, an approval step, badge-ready data and a follow-up survey. Consumer ticketing tools bolt this on badly. It should be part of registration from the start.
What it needs
From the platform
Registration modes
General, whitelist, pre-registration, direct link, or a separate flow per delegate type, with the questions you actually need to ask.
Invited and group lists
Upload a delegate list, issue passes in bulk, and give partners a direct category link for their own allocation.
Check-in and badges
QR passes scanned at the desk from any phone or tablet, with full registration data exportable for badge printing.
Post-event feedback
Attach a survey to the pass and collect responses after the event for export.
Free and paid together
A free public track alongside paid delegate passes, with 0% platform fee on the free tickets.

Questions
Conferences, specifically.
Can we collect custom information at registration?
Yes. Registration can ask the questions your event needs, and every answer is exportable to CSV for badges, catering or seating.
Can we run an invite-only conference?
Yes, through whitelists. Upload the delegate list and only those people can register, or issue passes to them directly in bulk.
What does a free conference cost?
Nothing. Free events carry a 0% platform fee, with the same dashboard, check-in app and attendee list as a paid event.

Bring the room and the date. A standard event is live in ten minutes, a full stadium takes about a week to prepare.
