Everything people
ask before signing.

Pricing, payouts, seated maps, data ownership and what happens at the gate. If something is missing, ask us directly and we will add it here.

Basics

Getting started

What is Quicket?

A full-stack event ticketing and registration platform for organizers in Bangladesh and Thailand. It covers building the event, selling the tickets, marketing them, taking payment, scanning people through the gate and reporting on all of it, from one dashboard.

How long does it take to go live?

A standard event goes live in under ten minutes. A full stadium on-sale with a seat map, price tiers and a load rehearsal takes about seven days end to end.

Do we need to talk to sales to start?

No. You can create an event yourself. Larger on-sales are worth a call so we can prepare the seat map and rehearse the sale, and the demo is where that starts.

Can we move our past events across from another platform?

Yes, free. We migrate historical events and attendee records so your CRM starts full rather than empty.

Which countries does Quicket operate in?

Bangladesh and Thailand. We have offices and teams in Dhaka and Bangkok, with local payment rails, local language support and local compliance in each.

Pricing

What it costs

What does Quicket cost?

5% of the ticket price per paid ticket, plus whatever the payment gateway charges in your market, which we pass through at cost with nothing added. Gateway rates differ by country and by method, so we quote the exact figure for your market on a call. There is no setup fee, no monthly subscription and no lock-in.

Why show the gateway fee separately?

Because it is not ours. Blending the two into one number would hide which half we control and which half we could ever discount.

What do free events cost?

Nothing. Zero platform fee on free events, always, with the same dashboard, scanner app and attendee list as a paid event.

Who pays the fee, the organizer or the buyer?

Your choice, set per event. Absorb it into the ticket price or add it at checkout. Most organizers pass it on.

Are there features locked behind a higher tier?

No. There is no higher tier. Every organizer gets seated ticketing, whitelabel checkout, the CRM, the marketing tools and the scanner app at the same rate.

Selling

Tickets & checkout

Does Quicket do seated ticketing?

Yes, fully interactive. Upload any venue layout, give each zone its own price tier which checkout enforces, and let buyers pick an exact row and seat with availability updating live. Quicket was the first platform in Bangladesh to do this properly.

Can we sell on our own website instead of a marketplace?

Yes. The whitelabel checkout embeds inline on your own domain with a single snippet, fully branded. Attendees complete the purchase without ever leaving your page.

What registration types are supported?

General admission, whitelist, pre-registration, direct category links for VIP or partner allocations, and a separate flow per ticket type.

Can we sell add-ons with a ticket?

Yes. Combo tickets and add-ons cover merchandise, food and beverage, parking and camping, bundled at checkout and reported as their own revenue line.

Can we issue comp and promo passes?

Yes, singly or in bulk, delivered by email or thermal print. Comp passes carry no platform fee.

Payments

Money in and out

Which payment methods do you support?

Over forty. In Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Upay, Pathao Pay and SSLCommerz. In Thailand: PromptPay, TrueMoney, Rabbit LINE Pay, KBank, SCB and ShopeePay. Plus Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and UnionPay throughout.

Do buyers pay in local currency?

Yes. Buyers see and pay in their own currency through the rails they already use.

When and how do we get paid?

Track settlement in the finance dashboard and initiate payouts yourself rather than waiting on an account manager. Exact timing depends on the gateway and the market, so we walk through the specifics for your country on a call.

Can we see sales in real time?

Yes. A live transaction feed, conversion rate, revenue split by ticket category, and a sales trend you can watch during the on-sale rather than the morning after.

Data

Your audience

Who owns the attendee data?

You do. Every buyer lands in your org-wide attendee list, and you can filter, segment and export all of it to CSV at any time. If you leave Quicket, you take the list with you.

Is the attendee list per event or across all our events?

Across all of them. One org-wide list rather than per-event silos, so a recurring night or a season compounds its audience instead of resetting.

Can we email and SMS our attendees?

Yes, targeted to any segment: VIP buyers, pre-registered, cart-abandoned, whitelist, or a list you upload yourself.

Do you sell or share our attendee data?

No. Handling is GDPR-compliant and PDPA-ready in Thailand, attendees can register with just an email or phone, and user data is never exposed or sold.

What analytics do we get?

Live sales and conversion, revenue by category, UTM and referral attribution by source and campaign, per-referrer affiliate ROI, a page-visit heatmap, an attendee location map, abandoned-cart recovery and post-event reviews.

Event day

At the gate

How does check-in work?

Staff scan QR passes from any phone or tablet using the scanner app. Validation is real time, so a used or invalid pass is flagged immediately, and multiple gates can scan at once against the same live inventory.

Can volunteers scan without seeing our revenue?

Yes. Scanner roles grant gate access and nothing else, so you can hand the app to stewards and volunteers safely.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, one app on iOS and Android that does both jobs. Attendees store, view and transfer their own passes in it, and your staff switch into scanner mode to check people in at the gate. Passes also arrive by email and SMS with a booking ID and QR code.

Can we collect feedback after the event?

Yes. Attach a survey or feedback form to the pass and collect responses for export.

Scale

Load & reliability

Can the platform handle a major on-sale?

Our largest served 2.7 million ticket requests in the first thirty minutes with no waiting page and no downtime. The platform holds 500,000+ concurrent users without degradation.

Do you use a virtual waiting room?

No. Sale-open spikes are absorbed and served rather than queued behind a holding page.

How many events has Quicket run?

More than 250 across Bangladesh and Thailand, with over 400,000 tickets sold, and 92% of organizers run their next event with us.

Still deciding?

Send us the ticket volume and price tiers from your last event and we will show you, line by line, what it would have cost here.
