be easier than the first.

What makes it hard

Every edition starts from scratch.

A market or a supper club runs monthly. On most tools each edition is an unrelated event, so the list of people who came last time is somewhere in an old spreadsheet, and you announce to nobody.

What it needs

From the platform

Editions, not one-offs

Run the same event repeatedly under one org profile, with the attendee list carrying forward every time.

Members first

Whitelists and pre-registration so members and regulars get in before the public does.

Free or paid, same tools

0% on free editions, with the same check-in app, attendee list and analytics as a paid one.

Stallholders and partners

Direct category links so each vendor or partner can sell their own allocation, with per-referrer reporting.

Announce the next one

Email and SMS to any segment, from your own sender, the moment the next date is set.

Questions

Community & markets, specifically.

We run monthly. Do we pay a subscription?

No. There is no monthly fee and no lock-in. You pay a percentage on paid tickets sold, and nothing at all in a month with no events.

Can regulars get early access?

Yes. Whitelists and pre-registration open the sale to your member list before the general public.

Can stallholders sell their own allocation?

Yes, through direct category links, with per-referrer reporting so you can see who sold what.

Bring the room and the date. A standard event is live in ten minutes, a full stadium takes about a week to prepare.
