What we won't trade

Four things we will not trade away.

The audience belongs to the organizer

On most platforms the buyer relationship, the branding and the data sit with the marketplace. We build the opposite: fans buy under your brand, on your domain, and every buyer lands in your database. If you leave, you take them with you.

The on-sale is the product

A ticketing platform is judged in the thirty minutes after a big show goes live. We engineer for that window before anything else. Spikes get served, never queued behind a waiting page.

Price should be legible

One platform fee, and the gateway’s charge passed through at cost. We show the two separately because blending them would hide which part we actually control.

Local is not a translation layer

A buyer in Dhaka reaches for bKash; a buyer in Bangkok reaches for PromptPay. We wire each market to its own banks, wallets, language and compliance regime rather than shipping one checkout everywhere.
