The room

What makes it hard

The show sells out and the marketplace keeps the fan list.

A promoter spends years building an audience, then hands every buyer to a ticketing marketplace that will happily sell those same fans somebody else’s show next month. The fan relationship is the asset. It should not be the platform’s.

What it needs

From the platform

Checkout on your own domain

One snippet on your event page. Fully branded, inline, and the buyer never gets bounced to a marketplace mid-purchase.

Seated arena maps

Interactive zone and seat maps with live availability, a price tier per zone, and seat-level booking for rooms that need it.

The fan list is yours

Every buyer lands in your org-wide CRM, segmented and exportable. Announce the next tour to them directly by email and SMS.

Presales and whitelists

Fan-club presales, whitelists and direct category links for VIP, group and partner allocations.

Local payment in local currency

bKash and Nagad in Dhaka. PromptPay, TrueMoney and Rabbit LINE Pay in Bangkok. Cards and bank rails throughout.

Questions

Concerts, specifically.

Can fans buy without leaving our website?

Yes. The whitelabel checkout embeds inline on your own domain with one snippet. There is no redirect to a Quicket-branded marketplace at any point.

Do we get the buyer data?

All of it. Every buyer lands in your org-wide attendee list, filterable, segmentable and exportable to CSV. If you ever leave Quicket you take the list with you.

Can we run a fan-club presale before general sale?

Yes, through whitelists and pre-registration. Collect the queue before the sale exists, then open the doors to them first.

Tell us about your next on-sale.

Bring the room and the date. A standard event is live in ten minutes, a full stadium takes about a week to prepare.
