Festivals & multi-day
The room
What makes it hard
A festival is not one event. It is a hundred small operations.
Early-bird tiers, day passes, weekend passes, camping, parking, food credit, artist guest lists, and several entrances all running at once across three days. Most of the pain is not the on-sale. It is everything after it.
What it needs
From the platform
Tiers that close themselves
Early bird, phase two, final release. Cap each tier by count or by date and let it roll over automatically.
Add-ons that lift the basket
Camping, parking, food and beverage credit and merchandise bundled onto the ticket at checkout.
Multi-gate scanning
Several entrances scanning at once from ordinary phones, with real-time validation flagging a used or invalid pass instantly.
Guest lists without chaos
Generate promo, comp and artist passes in bulk, by email or thermal print, with assignable scanner roles for each gate crew.
Know where they came from
Attribution by source and campaign, an attendee location map, and abandoned-cart recovery through the long sale window.

Questions
Festivals, specifically.
Can we sell day passes and weekend passes together?
Yes. Each is its own category with its own inventory, price and validity, and the scanner knows which days a pass is good for.
Can we sell camping and parking with the ticket?
Yes, as add-ons at checkout. They appear on the same pass and report as their own revenue line.
How many gates can scan at once?
As many as you staff. Every scanner works from an ordinary phone against live inventory, so a pass used at one gate is immediately invalid at the others.

Tell us about your next on-sale.
Bring the room and the date. A standard event is live in ten minutes, a full stadium takes about a week to prepare.
